Our Story
The studio prides itself on producing spaces that stray from the stereotype of looking repetitive, banal or basic.
Founded by Creative Director Neeshay Nouman, The Niche Corner was built to design around people.
Our work brings together luxury, individuality and function, creating spaces that feel distinctive and personal.
Built Over Time
The journey began in late 2020, on the heels of a post-Covid era, and has evolved from providing one-off design services to undertaking full-villa renovations within the UAE and overseas.
To date, The Niche Corner has collaborated with carefully selected and highly skilled builders, contractors and artisans, resulting in projects which are seamlessly carried out, end-to-end.
Team TNC
Meet Team TNC. The people behind the projects, the ideas, and the spaces we bring to life.
We approach each project with a refined sensitivity to context, proportion, and materiality. Every space is carefully considered and uniquely developed, ensuring a tailored design response that reflects both function and aesthetic intent. Our studio adapts seamlessly to each brief, delivering cohesive and thoughtfully curated environments.
