WHITE MAXIMALISM

The basis of the project was to design three spaces within an Abu Dhabi mansion with three basic notions in mind - decadence, neutrality and finesse. If not done right, a neutral space can look very cold and uninviting. Layering on texture (stone finish furniture, gauzy fabrics, rough wood), luxurious materials (marble, travertine), and adding subtle contrast intermittently resulted in achieving not only the client’s brief but also created rich, multi-dimensional spaces, each with a different story to tell.
