Our Story

The Niche Corner is a UAE-based boutique interior design studio, taking on projects both locally and internationally. The studio has worked on a plethora of projects, ranging from residential apartments, beachfront villas, chalets in the mountains and yachts. 

The studio prides itself on producing minimalist spaces that stray from the stereotype of looking repetitive, banal or basic. This was the core philosophy initiated by The Niche Corner’s Founder and Creative Director, Neeshay Nouman, in pursuit of “doing design differently” and taking quiet luxury up a notch. A business born purely out of a personal passion to merge design sensibilities with client vision, The Niche Corner has successfully achieved this goal, creating spaces brimming with understated elegance, distinctive furnishings, and functionality. 

The journey began in late 2020, on the heels of a post-Covid era, and has evolved from providing one-off design services to undertaking full-villa renovations within the UAE and overseas.

To date, The Niche Corner has collaborated with carefully selected and highly skilled builders, contractors and artists resulting in projects which are seamlessly carried out, end-to-end.
